Do I need to run an analysis myself?
No. Signals appear on Live Signals automatically. Your plan decides how fast they reach you and whether you get push alerts.
How do I get my plan after paying?
Choose a plan, pay using the method shown, then submit your Transaction ID and payment screenshot. After manual verification the plan is added to your Google account automatically. No key is needed.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Can I use GoldAI on more than one device?
Yes. Your plan is on your Google account, so you can sign in on a new phone or computer at any time. One device can be signed in at a time: when you verify a new device, the old one is signed out. Your plan is never lost.
Do you offer refunds?

Which plan should I choose?
Most traders start with Premium: Gold, Bitcoin and more markets, all targets and the Trade Journal. Choose Elite if you want signals with zero delay, the risk calculator and your own strategies. Basic is a simple way to start with two forex pairs.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the period you choose. Before it ends we remind you, and you decide if you want to extend.
How long does payment verification take?
Every payment is checked by hand. Your order shows Pending until it is approved; then the plan turns on by itself. If you have a question, support replies within 24 hours.
I have a key from a GoldAI reseller. What do I do?
Use Redeem a key at the top of this page. The key adds its plan time to your Google account and can be used only once.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Signals come from strategies tested on 5 years of prices, but past and tested results do not guarantee future results. Only risk money you can afford to lose.

Will it work on more than one device?

Don't share your personal key with anyone. If you share your key, your key will be immediately suspended.
The Google account used to purchase your key must remain personal. Sharing that Google account with anyone is not allowed. Otherwise, your key will be suspended.
One key = one user. Your key is for your personal use only.
One device at a time. Your plan belongs to your Google account. You can sign in on a new device whenever you want after verifying it with the code sent to your backup email; the previously signed-in device is then signed out. A key can be redeemed only once, on one account.
Don't sell, transfer, or resell your key to anyone. Otherwise, your key will be immediately suspended.
Don't share your login details with anyone. Keep your account secure.
Don't try to bypass or abuse the key system, including limits or security features.
Don't misuse the Live Signals system or intentionally spam requests.
Any attempt to abuse, share, transfer, or misuse a key may result in immediate suspension.
Suspended keys due to rule violations may not be restored.

How do I get started?
Sign in with Google on the Account page, start the Free Trial or choose a plan in Plans & Access (or redeem a key there), then open Live Signals and turn on alerts. Free Trial · Plans
Why is there no signal right now?
GoldAI works on quality, not quantity. Every market is checked every 5 minutes, but a signal is sent only when a high-quality, tested setup appears. Some hours or even days have none; that is normal and part of the plan.
How many signals will I get?
Usually 6 to 10 a day across all markets, more in the London and New York sessions. Some markets give a signal almost every day, others once or twice a week. On weekends only crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum) can give signals.
Can I see how a GoldAI strategy works?
No. GoldAI's strategies are private, like a professional trading desk's. You get the full trade (entry, stop loss, targets and a trade plan) and the tested results of every strategy, but not the method behind it.
Two markets gave a signal at the same time. Should I take both?
Some markets move together: US30 and NASDAQ, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Two signals in the same direction on such a pair act like one bigger trade, so split your usual risk between them.
What is a limit order?
An order to enter at a better price than now. You place it at the entry price and the broker fills it only if price comes back there. If it is not filled before the timer ends, cancel it.
Why close half at Target 1?
It locks in profit and lets you move the stop to entry, so the rest of the trade can no longer lose. All GoldAI results are counted this way.
Which lot size should I use?
Pick a lot so that the stop loss costs a small part of your account (many traders use 1%). The risk calculator on Live Signals shows the right lot for every signal.
How do I install GoldAI on my phone?
Android (Chrome): tap Install, or the browser menu then Install app. iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. GoldAI then opens like an app and alerts work better.
Can I use my plan on more than one device?
Yes, on any device where you sign in with the same Google account, one device at a time. Changing devices never removes your plan. See the Terms of Use.

How we handle your information.
What we collect: Your Google account name, email address and profile photo (via Google Sign-In), your plan details and the keys you redeemed, your live signal usage history, and any information you submit through Support reports (including optional screenshots).
How we use it: To create and manage your account, activate and track your subscription/license, enforce the one-device-at-a-time sign-in rule described in our Terms of Use, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
Payment information: We do not collect or store your card or bank details on this website. Payments are made directly using the payment method shown at checkout, and you submit only a transaction ID and screenshot as proof for manual verification.
Data storage: Your account and usage data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to operate the service (e.g. our hosting/database provider).
Your rights: You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting Support. Some records (e.g. license/anti-abuse logs) may be retained briefly for security purposes.
Local storage: We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. This is not used for advertising or third-party tracking.
Changes to this policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy. Check the Announcements section for major updates.

Refund Policy

Before you pay: Try the Free Trial (when available) to see how GoldAI’s analysis works before committing to a paid plan.
Payment verification: Your plan is added only after an admin manually verifies your payment proof (transaction ID + screenshot). If your payment cannot be verified, we will contact you to resolve it before any refund discussion.
Refund eligibility: Because plan time is added to your account immediately, we do not offer refunds once the plan has been activated and used. If your payment was approved in error, was a duplicate charge, or your plan was never added after a verified payment, contact Support with your Ticket ID and we will resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.
How to request: Submit a report from the Support page describing the issue and your transaction ID. We aim to respond to all reports as quickly as possible.
Plan changes: Upgrading or downgrading mid-cycle is handled case by case — contact Support to discuss your specific situation.

Risk Guide
Simple risk-management basics every trader should know.
1. Decide your risk before the trade
Choose the amount you are willing to lose on a single trade before entering. Many traders keep this to a small percentage of their account, so one loss never causes serious damage.
2. A Stop Loss is part of the plan
A Stop Loss marks the level where the trade idea is proven wrong. Place it at that level, not at a distance that merely feels comfortable, and do not move it further away once the trade is open.
3. Size your position from your stop
Position size = risk amount ÷ (stop distance × value per point). A wider stop means a smaller position, so the money at risk stays the same.
4. Understand Risk / Reward
Risk / Reward compares potential loss with potential gain. A higher ratio needs fewer winning trades to be profitable, but a target must still be realistic for the market structure. No ratio guarantees results.
5. Be careful with leverage
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Using too much of it is one of the most common reasons accounts are lost.
6. Keep a journal and review it
Recording your trades shows what is working and what is not. Use the Trade Journal to track your results honestly.

I can't sign in with Google
Open GoldAI in Chrome or Safari (not inside another app's built-in browser), allow pop-ups and cookies, then try Account → Continue with Google again.
For your safety, a new device must enter the six-digit code we send to your backup email before it can open your account. Check that inbox (and spam). You can change the backup email under Account → Settings → Security.
Yes. Your plan is on your Google account, not on a phone. Sign in on any device, one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the old one out.

My key is not activating
Sign in first, then open Plans & Access → Redeem a key and paste the full key without extra spaces. A key works only once. If it still fails, report it and share only the last 4 characters of the key.
Keys are sold by GoldAI resellers. You do not need a key when you pay on this website: after your payment is approved the plan is added to your account automatically.
Every payment is checked by hand. Your order shows Pending until an admin approves it, then the plan is added to your account automatically (see Account → Settings → Plan history). If it stays Pending for too long, or was approved but the plan is missing, report it with your transaction ID.

Refresh the page once and check that your plan is active. Each plan receives signals at its own speed: Basic 6 min, Pro 4 min, Premium 2 min after they are found, Elite instantly. If it keeps failing, report it and tell us the market (for example Gold or EUR/USD).
Nothing is wrong. Our strategies check every market all the time and only send a signal when a tested setup appears: on average 1–2 a day per market, and some days none. Gold and EUR/USD are closed at the weekend; Bitcoin trades every day.
Phone alerts are included from the Pro plan. Open Live Signals and tap Turn on alerts, then allow notifications. On iPhone, add GoldAI to the Home Screen first. If alerts are blocked, allow them for this site in your browser settings.
It depends on the strategy: 4, 8 or 24 hours. Most trades reach the stop loss or a target much earlier; the time on the card is only the latest point to close a trade that is still open. LIMIT means place an order and wait for price, NOW means enter at market near the entry.
A strategy only sends a signal when all its rules are true on a closed candle. Check that it is switched ON, and use Test to see how often it triggered on past prices. Strategies with many rules can be quiet for days.
